The Gates of Hell Achievements
During this mission you will try to rescue the Generals crashed plane which crashes a little bit into the mission. During that time you are rounding up the 10 pods that drop with Units and buildings. Once you rescue a pod you’ll be able to use the building / units to your advantage. The Zerg start off slowly attacking your home base but get more aggressive as time goes on. Make sure you have a decent defense setup and you’ll also need a powerful offense to go around and collect the pods. Building Mercenaries can help a lot.
The Gates of Hell
The basic achievement for completing all the objectives of the mission.
The Big Bang Cannon
Kill all 6 of the spore cannons on the map, be careful when doing this one that you don’t enter the area near the General too soon or it will end your mission early on you. The Spore cannons are marked on the map.
Dominion Roundup
There are exactly 10 pods that will drop and you must rescue exactly 10 of them. In the video I only got 9 because I wasn’t quick enough to get to one in the North. I had sufficient enough army to get that one, I just didn’t so if you follow what I did in the video but get to the one I missed in the North Faster you will be set. When multiple pods drop you may want to prepare multiple forces to go and get them otherwise the pods might be destroyed before you get to them, like what happened to me.
